With the development of science and technology continues to extend in the automotive industry,all kinds of In-Vehicle Infotainment has become more and more popular,and Various new types of human-computer interaction gradually appeared in the automotive.Faced with the complexity of the type and hierarchy of task operations,Three-dimensional gesture interaction with its efficient and natural became the main development direction of human-computer interaction.Through the satisfaction factors study of Three-dimensional gesture interaction for In-Vehicle Infotainment,establish the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction,and then determine the satisfaction evaluation methods of Three-dimensional gesture interaction used in practice.From the related theory,this paper makes expositions about the theories of In-Vehicle Infotainment,gesture interaction and satisfaction evaluation,and define the scope of this study by analyzing the present situation of three-dimensional gesture interaction in car.According to cognitive psychology,ergonomics,computer science and other theories,make deeply analysis of satisfaction influence factors from the user,task,environment,related technology etc,and get the theoretical factors of customer satisfaction.At the same time,using the text data mining and user interviews to obtain the relevant factors for ensure the comprehensiveness of the satisfaction factors and determine the satisfaction factors.The three methods improve the reliability of satisfaction factors and make the satisfaction evaluation more accurate and reliable.Constructing satisfaction evaluation system based on satisfaction factors and applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to assign weight of satisfaction evaluation index.Based on the weight of the factors,an assessment indicator system for Three-dimensional gesture interaction of In-Vehicle Infotainment is established.According to the characteristics of Three-dimensional gesture interaction and the applicability of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,the study use the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the satisfaction of Three-dimensional gesture.Using the established evaluation model to evaluate the BMW’s iDrive system and according to the evaluation results to improve the design.Testing the user’s satisfaction to the design of before and after in the vehicle scene simulation based on car,Leap Motion and computer to prove the correctness of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model.This study using a more comprehensive approach to obtain satisfaction factors to make systematic research of Three-dimensional gesture,and quantitative evaluation of satisfaction with the evaluation model,which can obtain the level of satisfaction directly.Based on the evaluation results,making targeted design and improve the user experience and enterprise competitiveness.
