As the development of economy,automobile is increasingly becoming a necessary means of transportation for people to travel.At the same time,the improvement of people's living standards promotes the increasing changeability of cars,and the complexity of buying and selling relations is becoming more and more obvious.The seller's market needs to pay more and more attention to the personalized repurchase needs of consumers so that their products can reach consumers more accurately.Car vendors have made a lot of efforts to accurately locate consumers,and their marketing theory has been constantly changing from 4Ps to 4Cs.But since the limited offline experience of users and the frequency of online communication and feedback is not high enough,the repurchase path of potential users has not been well optimized.The development of automobile forum has laid the foundation for it to accurately locate consumers and obtain consumers' personalized repurchase needs.After analyzing current user re-consumption behavior,domestic and foreign user demand mining and the related research in the field of automobile recommendation,this paper proposes a method to determine user's repurchase demand by using their post content and to evaluate the vehicle level by using the vehicle parameter configuration information.Based on what have been shown,the user's repurchase model recommendation is completed.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Automobile forum analysis and evaluation index setting.The mining of user's repurchase demand needs to be based on the characteristics of the automobile forum,forum users and forum data.Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the automotive forum users and its data.Based on these results,the data for the follow-up research content are prepared.Besides,an ADEI evaluation index setting method is proposed in this paper,which combines expert evaluation and user evaluation to determine the evaluation index,which is the basis of follow-up user demand mining and vehicle type evaluation.(2)Mining the auto repurchase demand of forum users.Firstly,the user demand mining dictionary is constructed,and the specific sub-dictionary is supplemented.Secondly,the SSA emotion analysis method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate the needs of user posts,and the user repurchase demand matrix is obtained.Finally,the user demand mining process and results are analyzed by using the forum data..(3)The evaluation method of automobile type.The vehicle type evaluation method mainly takes the vehicle type parameter configuration information as the metadata,converts the domain professional knowledge into the user demand focus with the help of the domain knowledge specialization transformation method proposed in this paper,and then carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the vehicle type.The model evaluation matrix is obtained.Finally,the process and results of vehicle evaluation are analyzed by using the forum data.Finally,the personalized recommendation of vehicle is completed by combining the results of user demand mining and vehicle evaluation.Based on the automobile forum,this paper proposes a method to obtain the repurchase requirements of users and recommend cars for them.The experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the repurchase recommendation based on the content of user's posts in the Automobile Forum.Besides,the method of obtaining user's repurchase demand based on automobile forum user's post content has better recommendation effect than the method of obtaining user's demand based on user's information and content information.
