With the rapid development of high-speed railway,the safety of high-speed train operation has received due attention.Unlike train operation at low speed,the problem of train snaking instability at high speed is particularly prominent.The occurrence of instability will not only affect comfort,but also lead to train derailment.Therefore,in order to prevent the instability of high-speed trains,it's necessary to detect the lateral stability of high-speed trains in real time.In this paper,firstly,the theoretical analysis of the hunting instability of high-speed train is carried out.After obtaining the frequency range of the snake motion of high-speed train,the warning and alarm standards for the detection of the hunting instability of high-speed train are given by referring to the domestic and foreign criteria for judging the hunting instability.Through embedded technology,a set of real-time detection device for hunting instability of high-speed train is designed.As for hardware design,the principle design and PCB design are completed in the development environment of Altium Designer.The hardware is divided into power board,instability interface board,instability processing board and communication board in the way of board design.The anti-interference processing design of hardware is also carried out.As for software design,the transplantation of RT-Thread real-time operating system on STM32F407ZGT6 chip has been completed,and the peripheral driver design including serial port,CAN,I2 C and Ethernet has been completed on the device.The application program based on operating system is developed,including self-checking thread,diagnostic thread,storage thread and communication thread.TFTP(Trivial File Transfer Protocol)is used to design the software upgrade function of instability detection device through the host computer.AS for device function verification,the integrity of the device function is verified by the output information of the device through serial port under the pre-set working conditions.As for the device diagnosis data,the accelerometer is collected by IMC and the processing results obtained by MATLAB program at PC terminal are used as the standard to carry out the important calculation eigenvalues of the instability detection device.Data comparison verifies the data accuracy of the device.
