The safe operation of high-speed railway requires high smoothness and stability of the track.Therefore,long-term deformation monitoring of operational high-speed railway is a necessary task.The operational high-speed railway monitoring project has obvious characteristics compared with the construction period.For example,the project scale is large,the data is complex and massive,multi-unit cooperation,and real-time requirements are high.At present,the integrated management of operational high-speed railway monitoring projects is not effective.At the same time,the field of 3D visualization in surveying and mapping is constantly developing,but the display methods are mostly limited by software platforms,which cannot meet the needs of operational railway cross-platform,multi-user projects.This paper takes the quality control system of operational high-speed railway monitoring and evaluation projects,the cloud-based B/S data management platform design,and the high-speed railway deformation monitoring Web-side visual analysis as the entry points,proposes a data integration management and visualization analysis program for large-scale operational high-speed railway monitoring and evaluation projects.Main tasks as follows:1.Studied the quality control requirements for settlement monitoring,CPⅢ irregular measurement,lateral monitoring,track three-dimensional inspection in the operational high-speed railway deformation monitoring and evaluation project.From the perspective of the joint work of the railway bureau,the measurement unit and the evaluation unit,this paper analyzed the core business processes and basic evaluation systems.2.Studied the core problems of deformation monitoring in operational high-speed railway such as horizontal and vertical deformation analysis,monitoring and early warning system and massive data integration management,and proposed multi-source data collaborative analysis methods,monitoring and early warning system improvement,B/S architecture management system requirements.3.Designed a prototype of B/S architecture management system based on cloud computing service for operational high-speed railway monitoring and evaluation,including design and optimization for functional logic structure,front-end page,back-end API interface,database forms,data storage and retrieval,early warning analysis system,visualization and system security.4.Combining the development of surveying and mapping visualization and Web3 D technology,this paper analyzed the superiority of Cesium map engine for railway engineering data under WebGL standard.Based on the research of 3D application standard of railway engineering,this paper applied Cesium for high-speed railway deformation monitoring for the first time,and provided a set of technical solutions and operational procedures for high-speed railway deformation monitoring Web visualization.5.Realized the high-speed railway settlement monitoring on the Web side,such as three-dimensional real-time model roaming,three-dimensional display of monitoring points,interactive information query,visual analysis and evaluation of settlement image.In this paper,the B/S architecture integrated management system is designed for the operational high-speed railway deformation monitoring and evaluation projects.The system has achieved the integrated management objectives of multi-unit collaboration,cloud computing service,monitoring and early warning,and online analysis in the actual project.At the same time,this paper verified the adaptability of Cesium map engine to Web visualization application of high-speed railway deformation monitoring,which can improve the sharing of 3D visualization analysis for surveying and mapping results in the operational railway engineering field.
