Requirement determines market,it is also the driving force of product design or modification.Product adaptive design under requirements-driven has become an important design method for enterprises to respond to the market and meet customer needs.Due to the coupling characteristics between product design elements,complex design contradictions will arise in the face of individualization and diversity of requirement.However,the current adaptive design mainly solves the simple design problem through one-way variation of product functions,principles and structures.Extension adaptive design regards the contradiction as a complex contradiction ring system in the early stage of problem solving,and an extension solution model of contradiction problem is constructed to complement the adaptive design from a global perspective.However,it is limited to formal model construction in the conduction analysis of design problems,procedural conduction transformation analysis process and rule-based modification operation tool are lacked.In this context,extension theory is combined,the mapping method from requirement to structure is given,and the modified product is modeled.With the help of the built model,the internal correlation of product is analyzed,the conduction transformation coordination strategy is output combined with extension transformation operation.Product modification is a continuous coordination process,researching conduction transformation in adaptive modification of mechanical product aims to use the relevant design theory to construct the knowledge model of mechanical product,explore conduction transformation mechanism,mining coordination rules,and provide a strategic reference for engineering designers in product modification.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)A product vertical hierarchical analysis process based on dependent function and multi-layer FBS decomposition model is proposed to accomplish the construction of function mapping and matching mechanism between requirement and product.To implement the transformation from requirement to function,the requirement-function mapping method is given,the extension set partition of function elements is realized by extension dependent function,and the function domain to be modified is also determined.Secondly,single-layer FBS is extended to multi-layer FBS,and the function-structure vertical multi-layer mapping model of mechanical product is constructed.(2)Conduction transformation analysis models with different dimensions are proposed to realize the correlation analysis of internal conduction and the construction of correlation mechanism.To improve the integrity and correlation analysis in product modification process,a new perspective of correlation analysis is provided,the basic element model is introduced as a knowledge expression tool,and correlation model of structure-structure and structure-function is constructed.(3)For the efficiency of coordination in conduction transformation,the shortest path solving model is proposed to solve the coordination path.The thought of solving the change propagation path is combined,the related convergence index is defined,and the method for solving the conduction transformation coordination path is given.Floyd algorithm is used to optimize the coordination path,which improves the efficiency of the solution.(4)For the coordination problem of product structure,a coordination method based on extension transformation is proposed to generate conduction transformation rules.Extension transformation operator is defined as the coordination tool based on the extension transformation element,combined with the above mentioned conduction correlation mechanism and the optimal conduction transformation coordination path,a coordination method of conduction transformation is given.The coordination rule of conduction transformation with high feasibility is accepted as modification strategy.Based on the above research work,the proposed method is combined with programming tools,database,3D modeling platform and related hardware equipment,an assistant prototype system is developed to implement product adaptive modification,and the feasibility of the above theoretical research is verified.
