The job shop has the characteristics of huge energy consumption and low energy utilization rate.The ecological and environmental problems brought about by this work can not be ignored.In the actual production environment,batch processing can reduce production energy consumption and reduce completion time.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out energy-saving batch scheduling research based on process route and energy saving as the main target.In order to reduce the processing energy consumption of the production workshop,the paper constructs an energy-saving batch scheduling model based on the process route,and uses the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the scheduling model.The specific research contents are mainly divided into the following parts: Firstly,the composition of workshop energy consumption in the process of job shop is analyzed.It is considered that the energy consumption of the workshop is mainly composed of machine tool energy consumption.Starting from the different working conditions of the machine tool in the process of machining,the two factors of power consumption and time are analyzed.Influence,on the basis of this,the formula for calculating the energy consumption of the workshop during the process is given.Secondly,considering the batch processing of the workpiece can reduce the idle waiting time of the machine tool and reduce the energy consumption of the machine.On this basis,the batch scheduling of the job shop The research was carried out,and the impact of batch scheduling on the energy consumption of the workshop was analyzed.Thirdly,for the processing of the job shop with a single process route,the construction energy consumption and completion time were built under the conditions of batch processing.Single-process route operation workshop energy-saving batch scheduling model,and designed a set of particles for this model The coding and decoding methods are used to solve the scheduling model by using the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.Then,for the more complicated processing of the job shop with multiple routings,the workshop can be constructed under the condition of batch processing.The multi-process route workshop energy-saving batch scheduling model with the consumption and completion time as the target,design a set of particle coding and decoding methods for this model,improve the multi-objective particleswarm optimization algorithm,and use the improved algorithm to solve the scheduling model;Taking the specific processing tasks of a large-scale enterprise machinery processing workshop as an example,on the basis of single process route and multi-process route,the scheduling energy and completion time of the process are optimized by using the scheduling model and solution method proposed above.And obtain the optimal scheduling scheme for the enterprise,which shows the correctness and superiority of the research method of energy-saving batch scheduling based on the process route.This article contains a total of 30 figures,10 tables and 53 references.
