Because of the machining error or the long-term wear among the mechanism component,the clearance between the motion pairs is inevitable.And the existence of clearance has a very significant influence on dynamic characteristics of the mechanism.It may even destroy the accuracy of the motion and reduce the stability of the mechanism.Therefore,the study of dynamics with clearances is a hot topic in dynamics research.This paper aims at the gear mechanism and gear linkage mechanism which is widely used in the transmission mechanism.And studies the influence of the existence of clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism,which provides a certain theoretical guiding significance for the design and research of the gear mechanism and the gear linkage mechanism with mixed clearances.In this paper,the geometric relationship between the dynamic backlash and the radial clearance of the bearing is given according to the conclusions of the predecessors,and the coupling model of the dynamic backlash and the radial clearance of the bearing is established.Then the dynamic model of the gear rotor system with multiple clearance coupling is established by considering the timevarying meshing stiffness and damping in the backlash,and the nonlinear contact stiffness and damping in the radial clearance of the bearing.This lays the foundation for the study of the subsequent chapters.Then,according to the gears studied in this paper,the time-varying mesh stiffness is obtained by using ANSYS.And the principle of clearance selection is given.The dynamic simulation analysis of the gear rotor system with multiple clearances coupling is carried out.The influence of mutual coupling between dynamic tooth backlash and bearing radial clearance on each other is obtained.And the influence of the clearance size and the driving speed on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism is further analyzed.And then,for gear linkage mechanism,according to the multi-body dynamic modeling method,the contact impact force at the clearance is embedded into the multibody dynamic equation by the step function.And the dynamic equation of the gear linkage mechanism with multiple clearances coupling is obtained.The dynamics simulation software was used to study the influence of backlash and radial clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism,and the quantitative analysis was carried out by using the DRMSP.Finally,the dynamic test platform of the gear linkage mechanism is built,and the coupling action of all clearances in the mechanism is taken into consideration.The results of the simulation results are compared with the test results.The two acceleration curves are in good agreement,and the correctness of the established dynamic model is verified.In addition,the effect of the two changes on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism is obtained by changing the size of the clearance and the drive speed separately.
