Research On Urban Design Of Mountain New Town Guided By Open Space

China’s urbanization has entered a new stage of transformation and development focusing on improving quality.The improvement of urban quality can not be separated from the construction of urban environment and open space.Mountainous cities contain a large number of mountain water resources and non-constructive land,which are often important open spaces of cities.At present,although the construction of new mountain cities has gradually realized the importance of ecological environment to the sustainable development of cities,in practice,there are also many contradictions between the physical space of urban buildings and the virtual space of urban environment-open space.The layout of some new mountain cities still considers the interests of architectural space more,which makes the construction of urban environmental space not ideal.As a result,the urban ecological pattern is not systematic,the environmental quality is declining,the sense of place is lacking,and the vitality of the new town is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the urban design methods and Strategies of mountainous new towns based on open space for building a healthier and brighter urban space of mountainous new towns.As an important part of the city,open space is related to the ecological,functional,activity,culture and image of the city.It can be said that its construction plays an important role in improving the quality of the new city.On the other hand,the openness,comprehensiveness and flexibility of the open space make it a comprehensive medium to integrate and guide the various systems of the city.The design of mountainous cities from the perspective of open space is also in line with the characteristics of mountainous new towns with more sensitive ecology and a large number of open space(non-constructive land).It also plays an active role in promoting urban development at the levels of maintaining ecology,promoting development,enhancing vitality,guiding design and resilient response.Through the analysis of the full text,the core idea of urban design strategy of mountainous new town under the guidance of open space should give priority to the establishment of urban skeleton with open space as the main body,and rely on the open space system to integrate various urban systems and guide relevant design.Starting from the existing problems in the construction of mountain new towns in China,this paper follows the linear logical thinking of "discovering problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",and carries out the research on Urban Design of mountain new towns oriented by open space.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part includes the first and second chapters,which are the chapters of discovering problems.Firstly,after elaborating the background,content,significance and current research situation of the topic selection,the research framework of the full text is established.Then,in the second chapter,the development process,characteristics,domestic construction types and development trends of the new town are sorted out,and the particularity of the new mountain town is put forward.Finally,the present stage of mountain is put forward.Problems existing in the construction of new land towns.The second part is the third chapter,which is an analysis of the problems.After sorting out the basic functions and characteristics of open space,this paper focuses on the advantages of urban design of mountain new towns oriented by open space and the driving role of open space for mountain new towns.And with the help of relevant design cases for analysis and reference,for the future strategy to do the foreshadowing.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters,which are the chapters to solve the problems.It contains two parts.First,it puts forward the general design idea of the urban design of mountain new town oriented by open space.Then,in view of the problems of the construction of mountain new town before,it puts forward the corresponding solving strategies of mountain new town.The second is to validate the conceptual planning and design of the Collaborative Innovation Zone in Liangjiang New District of Chongqing by the author’s practical project.Finally,the main conclusions and shortcomings of this paper are summarized.
