The scientific scheduling of production tasks and the efficient use of equipment can be considered as the key to realizing cost reduction and efficiency improvement,which is considered as the direct goal of implementing lean management of manufacturing enterprises.Stable and reliable equipment state is the prerequisite for the smooth implementation of the scheduling plan,and the processing operation arranged by the production scheduling will degrade the performance of the equipment,which needs to take up the scheduling time to effectively maintain the equipment to ensure its reliability and stability.So,it is very important to integrate production scheduling and equipment maintenance to solve the coupling contradiction between them for optimizing enterprise production process management.However,the aviation standard parts enterprise H company has various problems in production scheduling and equipment maintenance management at present,which leads to frequent conflicts between on-site production and equipment maintenance tasks,at the same time,high equipment maintenance costs and low production efficiency have become shortcomings to be solved urgently.Therefore,combined with the problems existing in the production practice of H company,this paper conducts a joint research on the production scheduling and equipment maintenance of the company.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of industry characteristics of aviation standard parts enterprises,this paper investigates the current situation of production scheduling and equipment maintenance management in H company,analyses the practical problems in production scheduling and equipment maintenance management in detail,and puts forward the requirements of joint optimization of production scheduling and equipment maintenance.Secondly,a two-stage series parallel machine system is selected as the research object,aiming at minimizing the maximum completion time and the total maintenance cost of the system,by constructing a joint optimization model of production scheduling and equipment maintenance,and then,designing an appropriate genetic algorithm to solve the model.At the same time,a set of data collection,statistics and analysis strategies are designed for the production scheduling and equipment maintenance data needed in the model.According to the model,a joint optimization strategy of H public equipment maintenance and production scheduling is formulated,which provides an operable method for the specific implementation of the model in enterprises.Finally,the research results are applied to the bolt manufacturing workshop of H company,and the grinding machine&CNC production system of the workshop is selected as the application object.Through collecting the actual information of the enterprise,the joint optimization strategy proposed in this paper is put into trial operation for three months.Through continuous observation and analysis of the equipment operation data and production data during the trial operation,it is proved that the strategy proposed in this paper is feasible.
