This paper designs a complex optical component simulation platform for the information-enabled complex optical component manufacturing key technology.The simulation motion simulation platform can not only simulate the flight attitude of the aircraft in the laboratory,but also simulate the vibration environment.In the laboratory,the flight attitude of the aerial equipment and the influence of vibration on the image can be simulated,there by reducing the number of real flight tests,there by reducing the experimental cost and shortening the product development cycle.Aiming at the complexity of aerial working environment of aerial equipment,this paper follows the feasibility of the scheme and meets the requirements of real test environment,designs multiple schemes,and designs a multi-free simulation motion simulation platform through 3D model simulation and optimization analysis.In this paper,the following design and research are carried out for the simulation platform.(1)Design and build a complex optomechanical feature ground simulation platformBased on the technical indicators,combined with the mechanical structure design idea,the design of the test bench structure that satisfies the aerial simulation test is designed.Through the modular design idea,the 3D modeling software CATIA is used to model,and the processing and control of each scheme are analyzed.The final design was chosen.The Stewart platform is used as the attitude disturbance generating device,the electromagnetic vibrator is the simulation test bench of the vibration source,and the analysis software Workbench is used to perform modal analysis and optimization design of the vibration table to determine the vibration table structure selection.(2)Kinematic analysis of complex optical component simulation motion simulatorThe kinematics analysis mainly uses the Euler angle transformation to establish the corresponding mathematical model.Based on the two-dimensional cosine matrix transformation,the Jacobian matrix and the polar coordinate search method,the position,velocity and acceleration of the corresponding moving platform are respectively solved,and the motion can be determined.The positional relationship between the platform,the drive member and the static platform is finally solved by MATLAB programming combined with the inverse solution equation to calculate the working space of the motion platform.(3)Dynamic analysis of complex optical component simulation motion simulatorThe motion and dynamics analysis of the ground-air environment simulation test rig of complex optomechanical components was carried out by ADAMS software.In the work of the simulation platform,in order to realize various poses,the speed,acceleration,angular velocity and other related motion relations of each moving component and the mechanical hinge points are analyzed mechanically.Verification from many aspects,the simulation of the simulated mechanical structure of the test bench is accurate.
