Polymer solar cells have good application prospects due to the advantages of large-scale production,flexible manufacturing and clean and environmental protection.At the same time,they also face the challenge of low photoelectric conversion efficiency.The thesis aims at improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of polymer solar cells prepared under air conditions.The polymer solar cells are prepared by doping two kinds of crystalline materials,that is 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene?TCB?and PbSe quantum dots in the active layer(PTB7:PC71BM)respectively,with which the performance of the solar cells is effectively improved.The influence mechanism of crystalline materials is analyzed by atomic force microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy.1.By changing the ratio of PTB7 and PC71BM in active layer solution,the concentration of active layer solution,the annealing temperature and the volume fraction of additive DIO,the preparation process of polymer solar cells under air conditions is optimized.2.By doping different volume fractions of crystallizable solvent TCB in the active layer of the battery,the short-circuit current density of the battery is increased,the surface morphology of the active layer is regulated,and the absorbance of the active layer in the visible band is enhanced.When the doping volume fraction is 3%,the efficiency of the battery is increased by 19.72%.3.PbSe quantum dots were prepared by changing the molar ratio of PbO to oleic acid?OA?and reaction time.When the molar ratio of PbO to OA is 2:3 and the reaction time is3 min,PbSe quantum dots with uniform size distribution in the range of 3-7 nm and good crystallinity,which belong to the cubic crystal system are prepared.4.By doping different mass fractions of PbSe quantum dots in the active layer of batteries,the short circuit current and open circuit voltage of batteries are increased,the absorbance in visible band is enhanced,and the hole mobility of polymers is also affected.When the doping mass fraction is 3%,the efficiency of the battery is increase by 15.06%.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of polymer solar cells is improved by doping two kinds of crystalline materials.The method of doping crystalline materials is simple and can realize large area and flexible manufacturing of polymer solar cells.It has important value for the development of polymer solar cells.
