Maintenance of power equipment is a prerequisite for ensuring safe and reliable operation of equipment.With the renewal and development of electric power equipment,electric power departments need to establish a monitoring and auxiliary analysis system to manage a large number of equipment test data.Through the analysis of these data,the state change trend of electric power equipment can be timely and accurately predicted.The maintenance plans are put forward to achieve high-quality and stable power supply.For the task of condition-based maintenance of electric power equipment,this thesis develops a set of condition-based monitoring information management and auxiliary analysis system for electric power equipment,aiming at finding out the fault of electric power equipment in time,reducing the outage caused by equipment fault and improving the quality of power supply.Following the software engineering design process and method,the thesis carries out requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing in turn.The main research work includes:(1)Based on untangling the business processes,functional requirements and non-functional requirements for the system clarified respectively and the related use case diagrams are given;(2)The main modules' structure design was completed.The concept and logical structure design of the database was carried out.The system interaction sequence diagrams are given.SSH(Structs + String + Hibernate)framework is used to develop and MySQL database for data storage;(3)Modules such as the visual display of monitoring information,monitoring device distribution display,station-level status monitoring information display,equipment status comprehensive monitoring,query statistics,device management,data analysis,system management are realized and tested.(4)An algorithm model for health evaluation of power equipment is established to calculate the health of power equipment through real-time monitoring data of electrical equipment,which can realize real-time prediction of health and reduce the occurrence of power failure.At present,the power equipment condition-based maintenance monitoring information management and auxiliary analysis system is in normal operation,which can effectively monitor the state of the power equipment,manage a large number of test data of the equipment,and accurately predict the trend of state change of the power equipment by analyzing these data,and can timely detect the fault of the equipment,thus achieving high quality and stability power supply.
