Continuously reinforced concrete pavement is a kind of pavement structure with cracks.The width of cracks is controlled in the design of reinforcement.Therefore,in theory,the performance of pavement is not affected by rainwater,and waterproofing measures are not needed.However,the actual application results show that even if the reinforcement design is strictly carried out according to the specifications,the water damage of the continuous reinforced concrete pavement still occurs frequently,which seriously damages the pavement structure.When the water damage occurs between two transverse cracks with small spacing,the main disease form of continuous reinforced concrete pavement,namely,punchout,occurs.Based on this situation,this thesis puts forward a concept of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints(a slit of about 40~60 m).On the one hand,the advantages of continuous reinforced concrete pavement are retained by reinforcement;on the other hand,the setting of large spacing joints overcomes the problems that the dry-shrinkage stress and temperature stress of the continuous reinforced cement concrete pavement cannot be released,which leads to cracking of the pavement,thereby causing the punchout and the water damage of the secondary disaster.In this thesis,relying on the road reconstruction project of Wuhuidi South Road in Wuhan,the finite element model of temperature stress analysis of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints is established by using three-dimensional finite element method.The influence of structural parameters such as different bond strength,friction coefficient,panel length,cooling range and panel thickness on temperature stress and maximum displacement at the end of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints is analyzed and studied.Based on the results of finite element analysis,the design method of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints is proposed,including thickness design method and reinforcement design method.On this basis,the structural design of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints is carried out.The comprehensive friction coefficient,sliding friction coefficient and interlayer bonding stress of the selected isolation layer are determined through laboratory tests.The construction of the test road is completed relying on the project entity project,and the key technical points of the construction of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints are summarized.Finally,the test road is observed,and the measurement results show that the test pavement meets the design requirements,which effectively proves the rationality of the structure and design method of reinforced concrete pavement with large spacing joints.
