With the continuous development of manufacturing globalization,the competition among automobile enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.The fierce market competition is ultimately the competition between product quality and cost.It is particularly important to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises to control product cost well on the premise of ensuring product quality.However,the car is a highly integrated complex product of electromechanical integration,with complex assembly structure and various parts,so it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy by calculating the complete vehicle cost manually.At the same time,the number of parts switching changes increases year by year in the production process because of the substandard quality of parts,high procurement cost and do not meet customers' requirements.In addition,each change of parts switching will lead to the change of vehicle costs.It is difficult to complete the relevant statistical work manually due to the various forms of parts switching changes,and the complex correlation between the parts being switched.And Bill of Material(BOM)as a technical document to define product structure,completely expresses the assembly structure relationship of parts and components of the product.And the product management system based on BOM has been widely used in the whole vehicle enterprise,recording the structure information in the process of product design,process and switching change.It is necessary and feasible to do whole vehicle cost management based on the existing BOM data.Therefore,this paper proposes a vehicle cost management solution based on BOM,and conducts in-depth research on the key technologies,including the following aspects:1)Analyzed the BOM data base and the business base of switching change in the existing BOM system,summarized the features and elements of vehicle cost BOM and established the vehicle cost BOM model according to the enterprise cost management and switching process.2)Designed the cost BOM expansion algorithm and cost BOM comparison mechanism to solve low efficiency and poor accuracy in cost accounting of the whole car and improved the cost audit efficiency in the design process of new car models.3)Studied the data characteristics and internal correlation of the switching cost analysis mechanism,proposed relevant solutions and algorithms for the fictitious benchmark BOM and how to obtain the complete difference BOM list to implement the switching cost analysis mechanism,and helped enterprises understand the impact on the cost of the whole vehicle caused by a large number of parts switching.4)Based on the actual business requirements of automobile enterprises,the functional framework of vehicle cost management system based on BOM is proposed,and the vehicle cost management system based on BOM is established,which improved the ability of enterprise to control costs.
