With the full implementation of "made in China 2025",it is the main development trend of the country to rely on independent creativity and innovation to vigorously develop intellectualization."Artificial intelligence" smart building demand more and more,the utilization rate of central air conditioning is also greatly improved,followed by environmental pollution and energy consumption problems are becoming more and more serious,so people urgently need a set of not only to meet the clothing,food and housing convenient,but also can save energy and environmental protection of the green building intelligent air conditioning system.BACnet protocol standard is the only international building control data network communication protocol,this paper analysis the BACnet protocol standard content,indepth analysis of the data object model,encoding rules,application layer service and MS/TP network protocols such as content,combined with market demand,design a set of intelligent building air conditioning system based on BACnet,complete system monitoring configuration of network and puts forward the improved algorithm of ERED intelligent building control network congestion control,provides the theoretical analysis basis for the intelligent building control system.This subject design is mainly composed of four parts: the main controller hardware part,the monitoring interface part,the upper computer software programming part,and the network congestion control research.The main controller of the system USES STM32 as the main control chip for PLC intelligent building control design,including the input and output of digital analog quantity,data communication module circuit.The main controller is mainly used to analyze BACnet protocol,collect,convert,store,analyze and execute the upper computer ladder diagram program for input and output signals,and then upload to the upper equipment of BACnet with RS485 bus to complete the execution action of the system.The upper computer ladder diagram program is downloaded and transmitted to the main controller through the RS232 bus to monitor the configuration interface to complete man-machine information interaction.The network part adopts MS/TP master/slave token transmission mode,BACnet hardware gateway is connected with the server,and the network topology structure is used to verify the effectiveness of the improved ERED algorithm.During the system test phase,each circuit module of the hardware part of the system was tested,and the software part was connected and debugged.Wireshark was used to capture the package software to analyze the operation of the protocol,and monitoring software was used to analyze the monitoring effect.Through testing and analysis,the system can run normally,complete the design of various indicators and parameters,realize PLC online programming function,network congestion problem can be effectively solved.This system has good stability,effectively improves the independent research and development ability of the air conditioning control system,and brings certain application value for the social and economic market.
