Self-lubricating bearing joints,with its unique advantages is widely used inmilitary fields such as aerospace,overloading locomotive,the traditional type of self-lubricating bearing joints for more fabric joint bearing,this type of bearing production efficiency is low,due to the complexity of manufacturing process and greatly influenced by process cause the problems such as individual differences and poor bonding The injection molding method of joint bearing can greatly improve the production efficiency and realize the automatic production.The injection molding method can improve the precision of the size and the standard and reliability of joint bearing.In this paper,the method of injection molding of joint bearing is studied.This paper takes the rod-end joint bearing as the research object,combines the existing injection molding machine in our laboratory and the size characteristics of the rod-end joint bearing,and designs a set of injection mold for the rod-end joint bearing.According to the characteristics of molding between the inner and outer rings of injection-molded bearings,the overall structure of the mold designed in this paper is one mold,one cavity and three templates,and then the rest of the mold structure is systematically designed,and its assembly drawing is obtained.By modeling was carried out on the joint bearing,using Moldflow to mold flow simulation analysis,to explore the defects that exist,and takes larger shrinkage and warping deformation of influences the joint bearing as experimental indexes,range of injection molding process parameters were analyzed,and the design of orthogonal test,and through the range and variance of two analysis methods,exploring the injection molding process parameters on the influence degree of the two optimization indexes,finally comprehensive balance method is used to draw a set of meet the requirements of the global optimal process parameters combination: Mold temperature 75 ℃,the melt temperature of 300 ℃,the flow rate of 40 cubic cm/s,the holding pressure 80 mpa,cooling time of 15 s,now get minimum volume shrinkage rate of 5.912%,minimum warping deformation is 0.0889 mm.The last of paper,by a applying a radial load on the inner ring of the bearing,the clearance of the injection-molded joint bearing under the above process parameters is adjusted.by the method of producing a rebound by deformation of the gasket in order to reach the purpose of to generate clearance,the clearance value is evaluated indirectly by measuring the starting torque of the injection-molded joint bearing and start torque is obtained under different load injection on injection-molded joint bearing.It was verified that the injection specimen after loading did not produce microcracks and the tribological properties did not change to prove the feasibility of this kind of clearance control method.
