The DEH(Digital Electric-Hydraulic Control)system is referred to as a digital electric control system,which is an electro-hydraulic control system that performs electrical and hydraulic control signals through electrical component adjustment and replacement into a computer numerical simulation operating program.The DEH control is used to improve the control accuracy of the speed control system.Nowadays,DEH has been widely used in major power plants in the world.In order to realize digital power plants,the steam turbine regulating system of domestic thermal power plants is in urgent need of DEH transformation.This also provides a basis for the research and analysis of steam turbine regulation systems.First of all,this paper mainly relies on the engineering example of Yanshan Petrochemical Steam Turbine System Reconstruction to study the control composition of the steam turbine system in detail.Analysis of the existing problems of the original regulation system,such as high rate of delay,fast closing performance and regulation stability can not meet new requirements.In response to the above problems,the original system needs to be upgraded and upgraded.Then,the original adjustment system was transformed into a high-pressure anti-fuel regulation system.The design of the hydraulic pump station and the calculation of each adjustment door are carried out for the modified adjustment system.For the problem of large impact force when the door is closed,the design of the buffer device is carried out to optimize the oil cylinder.Then the AMEsim simulation software is used to carry out preliminary simulation modeling of the system,to find out the relevant factors that affect the system's rapidity and stability,and to simulate the system's fast-closing performance and response.In order to adjust the stability problem,the mathematical model and transfer function of the turbine governing system are established.Based on the original PID controller,the control method of double fuzzy PID and the fuzzy PID control method of T-S type are studied.The comparison research of various fuzzy control is carried out by using Matlab/Simulink software.Finally,experiments were carried out in the actual transformation of the project.The results show that the addition of the T-S fuzzy control method has a good control effect.
