With the increasing number of automobiles in various countries,it brings enormous energy consumption and serious environmental pollution to the world.New energy vehicles represented by pure electric vehicles have become the development direction of future automobiles.The motor control system has replaced the traditional engine and become the power source of the automobile,so the research of motor control system has become the focus of attention in the world.Compared with the common resolver,Hall sensor is used as the sensor of motor rotor position to realize the field-oriented control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,which can effectively reduce the cost of the control system and give consideration to the control performance to a certain extent.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The coordinate transformation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and its mathematical modeling in three coordinate system are introduced.The space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology and its implementation method are analyzed.The simulation model of field-oriented control is built,and the simulation results show that the field-oriented control can drive the motor to run according to the intention in different situations.(2)According to the working principle of Hall sensor,two estimation methods of motor rotor position based on average speed and average acceleration are analyzed,and the model of estimation method is built on the basis of permanent magnet synchronous motor control model.The feasibility of field-oriented control using Hall sensor is verified by simulation.(3)Aiming at the possible Hall faults,this paper proposes a fault-tolerant strategy to detect the type of Hall faults when one Hall component fails and to continue driving the motor.The feasibility of the strategy is verified by experiments,which improves the robustness of the system.(4)The motor controller based on Hall sensor is designed.The chip selection,circuit function and schematic design are introduced in detail.The motor controller is manufactured.Finally,an experimental platform based on the motor controller is built to verify the availability of the motor control system.
