In recent years,the state has put forward the theme of saving energy and improving efficiency.In the traditional hydraulic technology,when the constant pressure energy system is in the equilibrium position,the oil overflow loss is serious,and the rapid temperature rise affects the stability of the system,resulting in low efficiency and serious energy consumption of the system.On the basis of studying the traditional vane pump,the multi-output vane pump is invented by designing double stator structure,replacing vane with roller connecting rod group,and forming internal and external pump by designing oil supplement structure separately for suction area.Multi-output vane pump flow rate multi-stage hierarchical output can reduce overflow loss at the equilibrium position,which provides a new idea for hydraulic technology to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and improve efficiency,and corresponds to the development trend of hydraulic technology given by the times.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle,structural characteristics and multi-stage stratified output of multi-output vane pump,analyses the pressure impulse problem in the process of flow switching,and puts forward the method of adding damping holes and appropriately increasing the inner diameter of pipeline to alleviate the pressure impulse.Then,the main links and components of the electro-hydraulic position system of multi-output vane pump are modeled mathematically,and the transfer function block diagram is obtained.Then,modular modeling based on AMESIM software is carried out,and various given signals are simulated and analyzed under simple PID control.Finally,the multi-output pump position system is built by choosing appropriate components to test its position servo speed,accuracy,stability and the purpose of reducing overflow,saving energy and improving efficiency.
