Due to the uncertainty and intermittent nature of wind power,when large-scale wind power is connected to the grid,it will cause grid frequency fluctuations and even endanger the safe operation of the power system.To this end,this paper introduces the AGC regulation unit to cope with the wind power uncertainty,combines the wind power prediction system with the power grid dispatching system,and determines the adjustment capability of the AGC regulating unit for the output of different wind turbines to achieve the active power balance of the grid.The AGC control method adopted in this paper.The evaluation criteria of performance evaluation indicators of AGC system A1/A2 and CPS1/CPS2 were introduced,and different evaluation contents,assessment characteristics and punishment methods were compared and analyzed.The need to adjust the capacity and regulate the speed of the AGC system is analyzed by historical data and planned data.Secondly,aiming at the minimum adjustment cost,the mathematical model of AGC unit regulation is constructed to realize the economic operation of the power system and the corresponding constraints are given.Combine the unit's comprehensive performance index with the priority factor as the standard for the unit allocation and unit performance selection for different adjustment tasks.Based on the real-time data of a wind and light storage system in northern Hebei,different adjustment stages are defined according to the magnitude of power fluctuations predicted by wind power at different times of the day.Combined with the equipment parameters of the regulating unit in the AGC system,different unit adjustment strategies for different adjustment stages are proposed.Finally,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to simulate the actual operating system of six regulating units in the AGC control system of a wind and light storage and transportation project and the 15 regulating units in the AGC control system.Under the unit adjustment strategy proposed in this paper,the improved particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm economic optimization results are compared.Under the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,the actual unit regulation strategy in AGC system and the economic optimization result of unit regulation strategy proposed in this paper are compared.
