With the advent of environmental issues and Global energy issues,it is crucial to improve the energy structure and promote the development of new energy sources,and it plays a vital role in creating environment-friendly ecological civilization and promoting the sustainable development of energy.Wind energy has broad prospects as clean energy,but the high wind-abandoned rate hinders the development and utilization of the wind power.Under the background of the Internet of Energy and aiming at the serious phenomenon of wind abandoning,this paper proposes an electrical and thermal integrated energy system dispatch model with regenerative electric boiler coupling electric and thermal energy.This integration of electricity and heating systems has great potential to enhance the flexibility of the system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the causes of severe wind abandon in the "three north" area are analyzed,and the absorption mechanism of wind abandon in the integrated electric energy system of the implicit thermoelectric boiler is also discussed.The operation mechanism of the cogeneration unit and the operation mechanism of the electric heating subsystem of the implicit thermoelectric boiler are analyzed.Based on the purpose of fully absorbing wind abandon,the scheduling strategy of regenerative power boiler is studied,and the TOU electric power price strategy based on wind abandon power is proposed.Secondly,an economic scheduling model aiming at optimizing the economic benefit of the source side in the electro-thermal integrated energy system is proposed,and the revenue model of various units on the source side,including wind power,thermal power and thermal power,is fully considered.Then,the TOU electric power price dispatching strategy based on wind abandoning power is adopted for the regenerative boiler.The model is simulated under four scenarios through the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with self-correction,and with great convergence it verifies the advantages of TOU electric power price strategy based on wind abandoning power in terms of wind power consumption and improving the economy of comprehensive energy system.Finally,the peak regulation compensation mechanism of wind power enterprises is considered into the economic model of electro-thermal integrated energy system.On this basis,the optimization of the master-slave game based on wind abandoning and system economy is carried out,with the TOU electric power price of the power grid as the decision-making subject of the game and the dispatching output of each part of the system as the slave body of the game.By solving the internal and external decoupling of the model,the optimization effect of master-slave game optimization on the electro-thermal comprehensive energy system under the peaking compensation mechanism is verified.Through the comparative analysis of the system optimization results under different peak regulation compensation prices,it is concluded that the establishment of reasonable peak regulation compensation prices to make up for the loss of less power generation of thermal power units is of vital importance to the game optimization results and the long-term economic development of the system.Finally,the paper studies the system equivalent load corresponding to the TOU electric power price under different regulation rates,and verifies the subject status of TOU electric power price as a master-slave game optimization process and its regulating effect on system scheduling.
