In recent years,with the increasing of applications demand,the ability and accuracy of target recognition and information acquisition have been pursued.The development of optical technology and the increasing demand for optical remote sensing information in various fields have prompted the emergence of a new type of optical detection technology,the polarization spectral imaging technology.It combines polarization imaging technology with spectral imaging technology,which can acquire information such as the distribution of spatial intensity and physicochemical characteristics of the target simultaneously.The amount of acquired information is greatly increased comparing with traditional optical detection technology,and the accuracy of target detection and recognition is also improved.Therefore,it has gradually been used widely in various fields.The main work of this article includes the study of polarization spectral imaging technology method,and carries out specific research and analysis on its key technologies.In order to obtain four wavelength-dependent stokes parameters accurately and conveniently,the intensity modulation polarization spectrum imaging technique is used in this paper.The principle and implementation method of polarization spectrum demodulation based on Fourier transform method are analyzed in this paper.Based on this,a complete design scheme of the polarization imaging spectrometer system is proposed,and the specific design parameters are calculated.There are the analysis of the two-part optical system of spectral spectroscopic imaging and polarization spectrum modulation module.Finally,the design of the complete optical system of wide-spectrum polarization imaging spectrometer is realized with good imaging quality,which working spectrum is between 400 nm and 1000 nm,and the spectral resolution is 2 nm.Furthermore,the method of detecting and correcting the angular error of each polarization component in the polarization spectrum modulation module are analyzed,which provides technical accumulation and theoretical reference for the research of polarization imaging spectrometer,and has important significance in practical engineering applications.
