In order to save the cost of construction and reduce the damage to the environment,the construction of Expressway in mountainous area needs to reduce the excavation of earth and stone as much as possible,so the research on the optimization of the pavement structure of the expressway in mountainous area is very important.In this paper,the pavement structure material,the pavement structural mechanics characteristics are studied,and the pavement structure is optimized:1.The function of layers based on the theory of highway surface material for road performance test,analysis of the mountainous highway cutting section of road surface material properties,and provide a theoretical basis for pavement structure of Expressway in mountainous area.2.By means of mechanical analysis software KENPAVE,established the highway roadbed section of Long-life Pavement Typical Structure of pavement structure,analyzed with the change of pavement structure layer thickness and modulus,the mechanical response of pavement structure under vehicle loads,of heavy traffic,slope and rocky subgrade resilient modulus and permanent deformation of subgrade,influence on the asphalt pavement layer top pressure strain,fatigue cracking of asphalt layer.3.The design response surface center experiment scheme using upper layer,middle layer and lower layer and base thickness were selected in three different levels of four factors and three levels,with the help of the pavement structure was optimized by response surface design software,the relation between the thickness of pavement structure and design index.
