| The routine inspection is the guarantee of safe and reliable operation of the gas pipeline in the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor.However,the special environment of the pipe corridor makes the manual inspection efficiency low,accompanied by the personal security threat.Therefore,it is urgent to study the leak detection system of a casing pipe.This paper analyzes the utility tunnel gas pipeline leak detection inspection system requirements,the overall structure based on the orbit design checking device,building inspection device security system,monitoring software based on the Intellij IDEA development,lay a foundation for the practical application of this system.The main contents are as follows:First,Expound the purpose and significance of the system research,analyze the development status of pipeline leak detection of pipeline gas pipeline,analyze the existing problems in this field,and propose solutions.Second,Analyze the requirements of the system,determine the overall inspection plan and the functional modules,design the overall structure of the inspection unit,and build the hardware system with Siemens s7-200 PLC as the core.Third,Research on the security system of inspection equipment,including track system and power supply system.This paper introduces the requirements of track design,calculates and verifies the form of rail suspension,single span length and strength,analyzes different power supply modes,and selects the best solution.Fourth,Uses the communication mode design of leakage coaxial cable inspection system of the wireless communication system,the leakage cable type,parameters selection and the range of electromagnetic radiation in the pipe gallery simulation,finally makes a preliminary design of the leakage cable distribution system.Fifth,The intelligent terminal of the development system,including the software system design and monitoring interface design,finally realizes the automatic inspection and remote monitoring function of the inspection device. |
