The topology design based on topology optimization has been developed for hundreds of years.From the truss discrete type to the continuum structure optimization,the topology optimization method has been widely applied in engineering practice.In the last decade,as the marine structures of ships have gradually failed to meet the optimization design of local structures,the overall cabin segment and design optimization have been put on the agenda.The marine structure design of ships can be divided into conceptual design,scheme design,detailed design and production design according to the chronological order.At present,topology optimization has been applied in detailed design and production design,and has not been applied in conceptual design and scheme design.In a kind of floating pier and tower carrier platform,the following aspects of topology optimization are studied in the design and layout design.(1)By summarizing the research on topology optimization structure at home and abroad,it points out that topology optimization plays a guiding role in the design of marine structures in the early stage,and summarizes floating docks,semi-submersible platforms and semi-submersible barges,with a heavy-duty and lightweight floating pier tower.Take the delivery platform as an example,and practice the guidance method of topology optimization in the design and layout design of the whole ship.(2)Using variable-density topology optimization as the calculation method,introducing its common interpolation model,deducing the direct analysis method and the accompanying method of sensitivity analysis,introducing the optimization criterion method of Lagrangian function,the chessboard format and gray unit for topology optimization.,grid dependence and local extremum problems,etc.,summarize the solution to the instability of topology optimization results.(3)The pre-planning design method of topology optimization for marine structures is proposed.Taking the floating-tower tower transport platform as an example,the volume fraction of the ocean structure is constrained,and the minimum compliance is the objective function.The topology optimization method is analyzed and summarized in the marine structure.In the pre-planning design,the volume fraction selection area is selected.In order to maintain the structural consistency,the upper limit of the volume fraction is recommended to be between 0.85 and 0.95.The topology design is used to determine the design of the transport platform,and the basic performance indicators of the platform are checked and verified.The rationality of the design of the scheme provides a new design reference method for the design of the marine structure.(4)Through the topology optimization,the buoyancy pier,the semi-submersible tower and the load-bearing deck strong structure and the transverse longitudinal bulkhead position are determined,and the internal material distribution of the buoyancy pier,the semi-submersible tower and the load-bearing deck is calculated under the two conditions of static load and wave action.Determine the position of the transverse bulkhead of the strong structure,design the layout plan,verify the overall longitudinal strength of the check platform by standardizing the overall stability of the check platform,and verify the overall design rationality.platform,and verify the overall stability of the calibration platform.Design rationality.(5)A guiding arrangement method for ship piers is proposed.The deck or dock bottom is used as the research object.It is assumed that the pier and the dock bottom or the load-bearing deck are rigidly connected.The bearing capacity of the pier is equal to the pressure of the load-bearing deck or the bottom of the dock.Taking a small bulk cargo ship as a case,calculate and summarize the topological optimization volume fraction upper limit setting area.The upper limit of the volume fraction upper limit selection of the seat pier optimization design is between 0.25-0.35,summarizing the topological optimization volume fraction upper limit setting area,designing its sitting Pier layout plan.
