Nowadays,with the rapid development in the field of Engineering construction,higher and higher requirements and standards have been put forward for the safety of personal property and the quality of construction period in construction projects and construction sites.The physical reference quantity used as the monitoring of engineering quality and safety status has become the focus of monitoring.By monitoring them in real time,it can control the engineering risks and avoid the hidden dangers of engineering problems.In the process of monitoring these physical quantities,the inclination displacement and pressure are two key parameters,which have very representative reference value in many fields of Engineering construction,and thus become the focus of this paper.In the current domestic and international monitoring methods for these two physical quantities,there is a large amount of labor costs added,which results in the accuracy of the monitoring data is not high enough,there is a certain degree of error,and the cost of monitoring is increased,.so In this situation,this paper studies and designs a wireless information intelligent monitoring system,which can provide a new solution to the above problems,thereby greatly reducing labor costs and improving the safety and timeliness of engineering construction.Firstly,an overall solution for these two physical parameters is designed,which combines sensor technology and RFID communication transmission technology to complete the real-time monitoring of these two physical parameters.The real-time monitoring of the whole system is realized through the front-end acquisition of sensors,the middle-end processing of circuit part and the communication transmission of the back-end RFID equipment.Then the principle of sensor acquisition of these two physical quantities is briefly introduced.After the selection of the device is completed,the system is refined.The main circuit part of the system adopts the modular design idea,and the front-end acquisition module,amplification filter module,MCU processing module,voltage voltage regulator module,follow-up module and other external circuits are designed.Then,based on the design,simulation experiments were carried out to verify the correctness of the design.Then,physical production and comparative experimental analysis were carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the design versions at different stages were compared.The application test and data processing are performed on the physical system.After the above optimization and adjustment,the system can complete the predetermined function and the accuracy can meet the requirements,thus completing the purpose of detecting the physical quantity.
