The State Council officially published China's first “medium and long-term development plan of nuclear power(2005 ~ 2020)” in October 2007.It clears that China will strive to develop nuclear power.As the third generation of pressurized water reactor of the world's first AP1000 nuclear power station unit commissioning smoothly in Sanmen and Haiyang,the primary problem of AP1000 nuclear power station need to be faced is to handle well the handover job.However,with the different bring-in technology in China,the mode of handover is different,and the quality of the handover in nuclear power plant is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power plant in the future.Based on the existing handover mode of AP1000 nuclear power plant in China,this paper elaborates the management of the existing handover of AP1000 nuclear power plant,and introduces the main contents,types and processes of the handover.Taking several important types of handover as an example,to specify the handover management mode.Through two rounds of Delphi questionnaire survey,from the perspective of technology and practitioners,puts forward a method to evaluate the management of the handover.According to the evaluation method,to find out the problems that need to be solved in the current AP1000 handover management and analyze these problems.According to the analysis results,put forward the pertinent improvement projects based on the current handover work's weak link and optimize quality improvement and quality method by using PDCA cycle.The proposed optimization measures and guarantee measures are used in handover three stages,which are handover preparation,handover physical inspection and after handover management,and the feedback and verification are made after the implementation.Handover management evaluation method proposed in this research process and achievements has important guiding role on AP1000 nuclear power plants handover management.At the same time,the research also has certain reference value to other domestic plan or under construction nuclear power units on handover management.
