The array antenna is an important component of weapon-equipped vehicle-mounted radar.Its performance directly affect the search range and guidance accuracy of weapon-equipped vehicles on the battlefield,and then affect the combat capability of weapon equipment vehicle.At the same time,due to the complex and changeable service environment loads,such as wind,vibration and thermal shock,which applying to the weapon-equipped vehicle,more stringent requirements are put forward for the multi-disciplinary collaborative design capability and multi-department unified coordination capability of the high-performance vehicle-mounted radar array antenna.Therefore,in order to ensure the service performance of weapons and equipment better,a more scientific method of multidisciplinary collaborative design should proposed,based on the further study of the constraint relationship between the environmental load and the electrical performance of the array antenna.In this way,the difficulty of multidisciplinary collaborative design can be reduced,the design efficiency of array antenna can be improved under complex service load,and the battlefield survivability and combat capability of weapon and equipment vehicle can be guaranteed.In order to realize the performance analysis of the vehicle radar array antenna system in harsh environment,this thesis develops a multi-disciplinary analysis platform for vehicle radar array antenna.The platform includes the basic platform,parametric modeling module and simulation plug-ins for various disciplines analysis.The basic platform realizes the development of the plug-in system based on the dynamic link library.The simulation module of each discipline of the array antenna is used as a plug-in,which makes the simulation platform have certain expandability and reusability,and designed the interface of plug-in based on the common of the secondary development of the simulation software.The reasonable plug-in interface cooperates with the secondary development of simulation software of various disciplines to speed up the development of the platform.The parametric modeling module establishes an integrated parametric model of the structure and function of the array antenna,including the electromagnetic structure model of the array antenna,the CAD model of the array antenna system and its corresponding CAE model,which provides carriers for the analysis of various discipline modules within the platform.In addition,based on the electromechanical coupling theory of array antenna,this thesis analyzes the performance of vehicle radar array antenna under wind load and thermal impact,provides reference for the design of vehicle radar array antenna under the working condition,and based on the above analysis process,we developed electromechanical coupling analysis plug-in,wind load analysis plug-in and thermal impact plug-in,.based on secondary development of various application software,and tshe development of the main body of the multi-disciplinary analysis platform of the array antenna system was completed.Finally,taking the vehicle-mounted radar of a certain type of weapon as an example,the multi-disciplinary analysis platform of the array antenna system is used to analyze the structural performance and electrical performance of the radar array antenna in harsh environment,and the effectiveness and accuracy of the multi-disciplinary analysis platform is verified.
