Customer Evaluation And Its Application Of MSC Company Based On AHP

Effective customer evaluation is the premise and core of stable development of enterprises.With the development of times,shipping industry,as a traditional industry,is facing increasingly competition.How to conduct customer evaluation and related applications is a major problem faced by shipping enterprises.In order to survive and develop in the future competition and win the favor of the market,we must pay attention to customer evaluation.In this dissertation,MSC customers will be regarded as the research object,AHP as the theoretical basis.Combined with the background and status of MSC company,the establishment roadmap,background analysis,theory,tool selection,model building,the system,the specific application,effectiveness analysis of the sequence.At the same time,starting analysis around the custorer scale,freight level,historical volume,type of goods,the proportion.In the construction of customer evaluation system,the author combined the opinions of professionals,added the weight of subjective evaluation results for overall score.Seasonal box quantity and goods value and completed the judgment matrix by building a hierarchical model to analyze the relationship between different items.In order to keep the results of customer evaluation timely,dynamic adjustment strategy is adopted for all data,which is set as a data statistical scheme that can be updated regularly.After the author in view of the MSC company lack of customer evaluation,human resources and technical resources.Finally determined the EXCEL as the database tools,using VBA technology and toolbar buttons to build customer evaluation system based on VBScript,then calculated the customer ratings and customize the reasonable optimization scheme.From the sales price,shipping space management,protection of shipping,customer service four aspects analyze the actual application and results,bring forward conclusion and prospect.According to the flow chart,the data table,the programming code interpenetration reference,this dissertation improved the company work flow.As an innovation of this dissertation,the irlouse and keyboard advanced application of the button wizard provides a new perspective for the optimization of human resources.The research of this dissertation deeply studied the customer evaluation system from both theoretical and perspectives,which has important guiding value for MSC company’s customer evaluation,and also provides reference for shipping enterlprise’s customer evaluation,which has made new exploration and positive attempt.
