With the rapid development of the Internet,the birth of the new economic carrier of shared economy has changed the development mode of many traditional industries.In the field of transportation,as an efficient and beneficial way of travel,shared travel is increasingly accepted by consumers.In recent years,the relevant local policies have strongly supported new energy vehicles,coupled with the huge market potential of sharing travel demand.Shared electric vehicles,characterized by time-sharing leasing,have emerged and grown rapidly.It is an important research problem how to scientifically lay out sites to make efficient use of electric vehicle resources,maximize operators' income and reduce residents'travel costs,and promote the intelligent,networked and informationized development of urban public transport.Firstly,this paper studies the domestic and foreign scholars'approach to location selection,summarizes the characteristics of the shared economy and the shared electric vehicle model,describes the operation process and characteristics of the model,and extracts the composition of the industry ecosphere in the operation of the shared electric vehicle.Then,the market characteristics of low-carbon,scheduling and punishment of shared electric vehicles are introduced,which are combined with the traditional P-median location model and the hub-and-spoke network planning structure conforming to the form of shared electric vehicles,as the basic idea of designing the location model.Secondly,starting from the new energy vehicles and shared travel,starting from the direction of low carbon,economy and science,this paper systematically studies the related decision-making factors of the pre-location of shared car stations,including the prediction of the number of put-in,the calculation of low-carbon income,the calculation of coverage,the definition and quantification of dispatching cost and penalty cost.Finally,based on the idea of location selection,a multi-objective integer programming model with the highest efficiency,the lowest cost,the highest coverage and the shortest total distance is proposed.Then,through the comparative analysis of simplified steps and solving algorithms,the LINGO integer programming in the precise algorithm is selected to solve the results,so as to ensure the model location results when considering the market characteristics.Accuracy.Then,combined with the case of Shahekou District in Dalian City,the mathematical model of site selection designed in this paper is verified and illustrated.It shows that when the coverage degree is regarded as the target income,the results of the two models are compared when considering the market characteristics or not,which proves the superiority of the model to the location income.Finally,it also gives the configuration layout at different levels when coverage is regarded as service constraints,and combines with the different application of shared electric vehicle development regions in China,draws the multi-dimensional location strategy of "more developed regions-high service levels,developing regions-middle service levels,underdeveloped regions-low service levels",which enriches the theory of shared electric vehicle.Discussion and application value.
