The 1000kV UHV AC transmission project is of great significance for solving the imbalance of China's economic and energy distribution.Many countries around the world have carried out research on UHV,but they have been slow to developed and applied due to economic development or social factors..The development of China's UHV has adapted to China's national conditions,making China's UHV transmission technology at the forefront of the world.In recent years,the UHV project has developed rapidly,and the construction and commissioning technology has been continuously improved,which is still less mature than low-voltage engineering construction and commissioning technology.Based on the on-site construction and commissioning situation,this paper focuses on the structure of the UHV transformer of the core equipment in the UHV substation,the secondary current loop,the main transformer simulation analysis,the main transformer flow test and the simulation application.First,the structure of the UHV main transformer is introduced.The UHV main transformer adopts a split structure which is different from the low voltage grade transformer.It consists of a main transformer and a voltage regulating compensating transformer.This paper explains its structural advantages and introduces the content and process of the current secondary circuit debugging of this structure transformer in the engineering debugging phase.Secondly,according to the structure and parameters of UHV main transformer,the main transformer simulation model is built by using Simulink module of MATLAB.According to the built model,the simulation operation is carried out,and the main transformer simulation model is obtained by comparing the results of the factory test.The model can simulate the flow test of the field current secondary circuit.Finally,according to the debugging requirements of the current loop,the current flow test method of the secondary circuit of the UHV main transformer is explained.The polarity test method of the transformer,the selection of the UHV main transformer current flow test mode,the current flow test wiring and the equipment selection were analyzed.Through the simulation test to guide the on-site current flow test,the actual data is compared with the simulation test,and the simulation method is feasible.It has achieved good application results.In this paper,through the actual analysis of UHV main transformer equipment,the simulation model is derived and applied to the exploration of UHV main transformer current flow method.Finally,the conclusion is obtained through practice,which proves the feasibility of this method.This method can be extended to the current flow test of other UHV main transformers.The wiring method is tested by simulation test and the results are obtained.The actual engineering flow test is guided,and the debugging efficiency and accuracy are improved.
