| Based on the construction project of Ningyang-Liangshan section of Dongliang Highway,this paper studies the new construction technology of and the construction control method of gunite mixing pile on the basis of summarizing the traditional gunite mixing pile construction technology,field test and working principle,including improving the intelligent construction equipment of gunite mixing pile,designing the remote monitoring method of gunite mixing pile construction,etc.Through field tests of single pile bearing capacity and composite foundation bearing capacity of gunite mixing pile,the applicability of the new construction technology of gunite mixing pile is verified.In addition,by comparing the economic and environmental benefits of the traditional and new construction technologies of gunite mixing pile,it shows that the new construction technology of grouting pile can be popularized.The research results of this paper can provide some technical support for similar soft soil foundation reinforcement construction.In this pape ’the bearing capacity of single pile of gunite mixing pile is analyzed through field tests,,and the Q-s curve and S-Igt curve of each test pile are drawn.By analyzing the maximum cumulative settlement of pile top during loading and the maximum rebound after unloading,the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile of gunite mixing pile is determined.At the same time,the P-s curve and S-lgt curve of a test pile are drawn.The composite bearing capacity of foundation reinforcement is determined by analyzing the average value of the maximum cumulative settlement at the top of each test pile and the maximum rebound after unloading.Finally,through the test analysis of water cement ratio and pile length,it is verified that the new construction technology of gunite mixing pile can meet the design requirements.Based on the cost analysis of labor,machinery and materials and the impact of environmental dust,this paper concludes that the new construction technology of gunite mixing pile can significantly reduce construction costs and dust pollution.In this paper,the new construction technology and application of gunite mixing pile are studied in detail.The construction control method of grouting quantity,intelligent equipment and remote monitoring method proposed in this paper can effectively ensure the bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation of gunite mixing pile. |
