At the same time of the development of prefabricated buildings,in order to promote the "Rural Revitalization Strategy",people pay attention to the prefabricated rural houses.However,in the construction of villages and towns in China,the theoretical research work related to the rural houses is still in the primary stage,especially in the cold area,affected by the environment,the relevant time is even less.The fabricated light steel load-bearing and heat preservation integrated wall studied in this paper is mainly used in the construction of farm houses in cold areas.The cold-formed thin-walled steel lattice composite column is selected as the wall framework,polystyrene particles as the wall insulation material,and molded with adhesive.The vertical load is borne by the wall column,and the horizontal load is borne by the whole wall,so as to realize the integrated wall structure system of bearing and heat preservation.Therefore,in this paper,the axial compression test and eccentric compression test are carried out for the composite column,and then the shear test and finite element simulation analysis are carried out for the light steel bearing and heat preservation integrated wall panel,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)For the lattice composite column,under the action of axial compression and eccentric compression,two battens are set in the middle along the height direction of the column,and the axial bearing capacity of the two ends without battens is greater than that of one batten set in the middle and the two ends with battens.Most of the damage occurs at 1 / 4 from the end of the test piece.(2)According to the standard,the fire-resistant limit and combustion performance of wall panels with different structures are listed.The fire-resistant performance of wall panels can be significantly improved by the steel wire mesh cement mortar with the thickness of 25 mm on both sides.(3)For the low-rise assembled light steel load-bearing and heat preservation integrated wall panel,when horizontal horizontal steel strip is set between layers,the damage first occurs on the horizontal steel strip.With the gradual increase of horizontal load,the self tapping screws on the horizontal steel strip of wall panel are gradually pulled out.Therefore,the horizontal steel strip of the outer framework of wall panelshould be strengthened.(4)According to the characteristics of material performance parameters,boundary conditions and finite element method,the finite element simulation of light steel bearing and heat preservation integrated wall panel under the combined action of horizontal load and vertical load is carried out.The results show that the results of finite element analysis are relatively close to the test and theoretical calculation values,and the results of finite element analysis are relatively reliable.
