At present,the emission standards of automobiles are becoming increasingly strict,and the National Sixth Standard has been issued.The use of clean energy is becoming more and more of practical significance.PODE is a clean fuel that can be used as an alternative to diesel.A large number of studies have shown that PODE can reduce pollutant emissions without affecting the efficiency of engine use.Due to the physical and chemical properties of PODE,according to its mutual solubility with diesel,it is easier to penetrate into the crankcase and dissolve with diesel engine oil.Chemicals generated during the combustion process will also accelerate the loss of various consumables in the engine,so not only It is necessary to study the impact of PODE mixed with diesel on diesel engine oil,and also the impact of PODE directly mixed with diesel engine oil,to provide a reliable basis for the subsequent development of PODE diesel fuel special lubricants.Based on this purpose,this article developed Special lubricants research,the main research work includes:(1)Analyzed the physical and chemical properties of PODE and its effect on diesel engine oil.Based on the combustion characteristics of PODE fuel and the influence of PODE on common metal parts and rubber seals in engines,the lubrication characteristics of PODE engine lubricants should be determined.,Put forward the viewpoint that the oil level of PODE engine is 20 W / 50;(2)The effects of diesel,PODE / diesel mixed fuel,and pure PODE on base oils and refined oils were analyzed through a series of tests.Base oils and additives suitable for PODE engine oils were selected after comprehensive consideration of factors such as lubrication performance and economy.;(3)The performance of the base oil,non-functional additives and functional additives and the susceptibility of each additive as a single agent were tested through experiments to determine a more suitable range of the base oil and additives.(4)Using the orthogonal test method,the factor levels of each test are obtained based on the test conditions in this article.The test data is optimized based on the determination of the weight of each performance index,and the final laboratory formula is determined.(5)A special lubricant for the PODE engine was formulated according to the laboratory formula,and the engine bench test was performed.The results show that the PODE engine can obtain better performance with this formula.
