As the core of electric drive,the motor and its drive system need to have high fault tolerance and safety.In areas such as aviation,transportation,and medical care where safety and reliability are required,motor control systems that cause open or short-circuit electrical faults will inevitably cause significant losses.The special drive mode and structure of the fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor has the open-circuit and short-circuit fault tolerance capability.If the appropriate fault-tolerant control algorithm is adopted,the fault-tolerant control of the open or short-circuit fault of the motor drive system can be realized.So that the motor can still operate stably after the fault occurs,and the reliability of the drive system is improved.Therefore,the research on the body of fault-tolerant permanent magnet motors and fault-tolerant control algorithm optimization has become a trend in the field of motor control.In this paper mainly studies the fault-tolerant control strategy of dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor based on conservation of magnetomotive force.The basic structure and mathematical model of a dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor are introduced.According to the above model,the vector control method with id=0 is proposed,and the fault-tolerant control strategy based on conservation of magnetomotive force is introduced in detail.The fault-free phase reference current of the motor under open or short-circuit fault is recalculated by the fault-tolerant control strategy.After that the torque ripple compensation for the motor fault state is realized,and the output torque is smoothed.The fault-tolerant compensation current is optimized considering the limitation of the power device rating.The simulation of motor control system of is built to verify the correctness of the fault-tolerant control strategy.A hardware experimental platform for motor control system based on TMS320F28335 is built.Debug the corresponding hardware circuit and software program to perform hardware verification on the fault-tolerant control strategy described in this paper.The experimental results show the fault-tolerant control strategy based on magnetomotive force conservation can achieve good suppression of torque ripple in single-phase open and short-circuit fault states of motor.
