With the rapid development of power electronics technology and the increasingly mature of motor control technology,electric propulsion ships began to be widely used.In order to further reduce the cost and complexity of Marine electric propulsion system and enhance the reliability of the system,the sensorless control technology of PMSM has become one of the research hotspots in the field of motor control technology.This paper takes the sensorless control of PMSM as the research topic.An in-depth study on the sensorless control technology based on high frequency signal injection is carried out.The main research results are summarized as follows:Firstly,different rotor structures and mathematical model in different coordinate systems are analyzed in detail,and the vector control system of PMSM is studied deeply,a controller suitable for this system is designed.Secondly,aiming at the problem that fundamental frequency model can not be used to realize sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor due to low back electromotive force at zero or low speed.The high frequency signal injection method is used to estimate the rotor position and speed,and the zero or low speed sensorless closed loop control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is realized.The effectiveness of high frequency signal injection method is verified through simulation.Then,aiming at the phase current sampling error in the sensorless control system,proposed a phase current measurement error compensation method based on high frequency signal injection method.The gain error caused by phase current sampling is eliminated effectively,the accuracy of rotor position estimation in sensorless control system is improved,and the feasibility is verified by simulation.Lastly,a sensorless control experiment platform with TMS320F28335 DSP controller as the core for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on high frequency signal injection method is built,the principle and implementation method of the key links such as the high-order discrete filter and rotor position information extraction in the high frequency injection method are studied in depth,and completed the high frequency injection method related programming and coding under the CCS3.3 compilation environment.Finally,the experiment was carried out through this experimental platform.The result of the experiment platform shows that using the high frequency signal injection method can effectively detect PMSM rotor position under zero and low speed,realize the sensorless control of PMSM.
