Reverse osmosis desalination technology is the main way to solve the shortage of freshwater resources in coastal areas.Multistage high-pressure pump is the key equipment in reverse osmosis desalination.It is very important to use and high-speed centrifugal pump with low specific speed instead of the multi stage high pressure pump for the whole set of reverse sea water osmosis device.First of all,according to the characteristics of high pressure of energetic liquid in high-speed centrifugal pump with low specific speed,the design method of hydraulic structure of pump blade,water chamber and volute diffusion suitable for high head and high speed is studied.Secondly,on the basis of hydraulic model design of high-speed centrifugal pump with low specific speed,11 kinds of turbulence models have been screened by numerical simulation.The streamline flow,pressure distribution and vortex core formation have been comparative analyzed,and the turbulence model suitable for high-speed centrifugal pump with low specific speed has been analyzed.Thirdly,the flow analysis of five separator schemes was added to the key components of diffuser,and the best scheme to eliminate the vortices existing in the diffuser was selected to improve the overall efficiency of the centrifugal pump.Finally,the fluid-solid coupling analysis of the separator was analyzed,The location of deformation,bending and damage of the diffuser of centrifugal pump caused by the high-pressure liquid acting on the surface of the diffuser.The reliability of the separator is further analyzed.The optimum design scheme was selected through comprehensive flow analysis and reliability analysis of separator.This paper summarizes the overall design method of high-speed centrifugal pump with low specific speed key components blade and volute through the design and research,selection of turbulence model,innovative design of adding separator in the diffuser and reliability analysis of fluid-solid coupling.It can provide technical reserve for the design,development and application of high-pressure pump suitable for reverse osmosis desalination.and provide reference.
