The distribution automation terminal equipment is deployed outdoors,the environment is harsh,and the fault offline rate is high.Due to the large number of terminals and the scattered distribution,maintenance and maintenance is extremely difficult.Under the background of power system reduction and efficiency increase,it is difficult to have sufficient human resources to patrol the distribution terminal one by one,determine the cause of abnormal offline and repair it in time.In an actual system,a large number of power distribution terminals are in an offline state in which communication cannot be normally performed,resulting in a blind state of the distribution network.It is difficult to quickly restore power supply after a power grid failure or abnormality,which seriously affects power supply reliability.At present,power distribution terminals with telemetry and remote signaling functions mostly use wireless public network communication.A considerable proportion of the two remote terminals are offline due to weak wireless communication signals.These offline terminals are not the cause of their own faults.They do not need to dispatch power maintenance personnel for on-site maintenance.They only need to notify the network operator to optimize the network.After the signal strength reaches the standard,the terminal will return to normal.Working status.Therefore,if it is determined in advance that those terminals are offline due to the weak offline of the wireless signal,a large amount of unnecessary maintenance work can be reduced.However,there are many reasons for the distribution terminal to go offline.The difference in characteristics after offline is not obvious.At present,there is no other better way to distinguish the offline terminals caused by the wireless network problem except for troubleshooting the faults one by one.It takes a lot of manpower and resources.Based on this,the paper proposes to use the low-cost associated data of wireless communication signals to diagnose the offline reason of the distribution terminal,and present the prediction results on the visual map,and judge whether the terminal is offline without increasing human resources and high cost.Caused by weak wireless signals.Firstly,the paper samples the wireless signal strength data of two representative areas in urban and suburban areas,and tests the spatial autocorrelation and normal distribution characteristics of the signal strength data,and then uses the inverse distance weight,ordinary Kriging,spline function of ArcGIS spatial interpolation tool.And the trend surface were interpolated by four methods,and the fitted signal intensity prediction coverage map was compared.Combined with the cross-validation results,the applicability of different interpolation methods in urban and suburban areas and different sampling point densities was analyzed.The bar function is best suited for use in regional signal strength prediction.Finally,taking a certain area as an example,the signal strength is classified according to the set threshold,and combined with the offline status of the terminal,it is judged whether the offline of the terminal is caused by the weak wireless signal,and the maintenance plan is arranged reasonably,thereby reducing the unnecessary maintenance work of the power distribution terminal.Improve the online rate indicator of distribution terminals.
