| This article use the Guihua bridge of Daxiang district,Shaoyangcity as project background,build the reasonable finished bridge status model of main bridge of Guihua bridge through Midas/Civil,and done right handed analysis at it’s hanging rope tension and drawn and the building process of main rope saddle push up and pull.As a self-anchored suspension bridge with steel-concrete composite beam,there is little literature research on wet joint of bridge deck in the same type of bridge.By analyzing the stress of different wet joint pouring schemes after the installation of bridge deck,the results obtained have certain engineering value and provide reference for the construction of the same type of bridge.The work and research results are as follows:(1)Introduce the characteristics of self anchor type hanging steel rope bridge and formation structure,reviewed the development history of hanging steel rope bridge,sum up some research findings at bridge’s middle bridge surface plate and the relate technology of wet seam.Provide the theory evidence for make ensure the reasonable finished bridge status of Guihua bridge and the sinulation and analysis of followed building process,through static force calculating method,structure analyse theory and nonlinear finite element analysis.(2)Use the Guihua bridge as project background,obtained the the reasonable finished bridge status after large quantity iteration calculating and continuous revise.The main cable line shape under the reasonable finished bridge status meet the design requirements,rope force of finished bridge distribute evenly,the change and designed rope force tend to be uniformity,the main beam and main tower at better loading.(3)Based on the reasonable finished bridge status,right handed simulate system transform building(hanging rope tension and drawn and the building process of main rope saddle push up and pull)process,use the building process of bridge surface plate pavement and wet seam placing as research object,adopt the right handed analysis to do simulation at this building status,draft three different pavement placing ealculate schemes based on compare to the provided scheme from designing institute.The calculation indicate:the scheme after optimized a little better than the scheme which provided by designing institute. |
