Masonry structure has many advantages such as convenient materials and low cost, which makes the existing unreinforced masonry structure exist in our country. Therefore, the seismic evaluation and reinforcement of existing unreinforced masonry structure houses have great application prospects. In seismic analysis of unreinforced masonry structures,it is often only necessary to check the seismic bearing capacity of the wall and meet the appropriate structural requirements. For the teaching building with mixed vertical and horizontal walls and bearing masonry structure, due to the small out-of-plane water stiffness of the bearing inter-window wall, the seismic bearing capacity of the out-of-plane wall is not considered, and the phenomenon that the longitudinal bearing inter-window wall is damaged and collapsed due to the large horizontal displacement of the floor after the transverse wall cracks cannot be predicted. In this paper, the displacement-based elastic-plastic analysis method is used to analyze the seismic performance of unreinforced brick masonry teaching buildings, which is of great significance to the seismic performance evaluation and structural reinforcement of such buildings.Through the interlaminar shear model, considering the vertical load from the floor and the horizontal displacement of the floor, and considering the influence of the second-order deformation of the structure on the stability of the structure.Based on the ideal constitutive relation of elastic-plastic masonry and semi-rigid model, the load-displacement relation of out-of-plane horizontal displacement of unreinforced masonry structure from loading to collapse is derived.Based on the test data of unreinforced masonry walls under in-plane load at home and abroad, the load-displacement curves of unreinforced masonry walls under in-plane load are obtained statistically. The elastoplastic damage model of ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the load-displacement relationship of unreinforced masonry wall in-plane and out-of-plane,and the results are compared with those derived in this paper. The results show that the finite element analysis results are basically consistent with the calculation results of this method.Based on the in-plane and out-of-plane load-position relationship of unreinforced masonry walls proposed in this paper,a static elasto-plastic analysis method for vertical and horizontal mixed load-bearing unreinforced masonry teaching buildings is established by using pushover analysis method.Taking an existing three-story non-reinforced masonry teaching building as an example, the seismic performance of the structure was evaluated.
