The cantilever cast reinforced concrete arch bridge is in the initial stage of growth in China.This construction technology is still a relatively new construction method in the construction of arch bridges in China.With the development of the theory and technology of domestic suspended arch bridges,the span of overhanging arch bridges must also become larger and larger.The Shatuo Bridge under construction in Guizhou Province is currently the first 240m cantilever reinforced concrete arch bridge in China.It has many sections,long suspension sections and heavy hanging baskets.It controls the buckle tower and cable force during construction.As well as the difficulty of arching the dragon,this article takes the construction of the Shatuo Bridge in Yanhe County,Tongren City,Guizhou Province as the en gineering background,and mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Based on the joint action of buckle tower defl ection,buckle tower compression deformation and buckle elongation on the main arch ring deformation,the influence of the three on the main arch ring deformation is solved by geometric relationship.T he definition of the factor ? adopts the Newton method's buckle tower optimization method to optimize the buckle tower height.(2)Using the idea of "single tension in place" with the anchor cable,the parametric programming language(APDL)of large-scale simulation software is used to write the parameterized program,and the optimization and control files are established,which is optimized by Ansys.The section optimizes the iteration of the cable force during the construction phase,and finally obtains the cable force optimization solution;(3)Using MIDAS fi nite element simulation software to analyze some key construction techniques of the cantilever-casting arch bridge in the arching of the arch,and to analyze its structure and the stability of the stiff skeleton of the closure section;The safety of the comparison was analyzed;(4)In order to offset the negative impact caused by the cooling effect,the weight and the top thrust of the cantilever-casting arch bridge were calculated based on the least squares method.The method was verified by the Shawite Bridge as an engineering example.
