No matter in pipeline system or in rotating machinery,vibration is an urgent problem to be solved.Damping technology and dynamic balance are two common methods for aeroengine to inhibit rotor unbalance response.In this paper,an integral squeeze film damper was designed.Moreover,the ISFD was used in different rotor system.The unbalance response of the dual-rotor systems with intermediate bearing was analyzed.Dynamic balance experiment of dual-rotor system was carried by influence coefficient method.For the vibration problem of typical pipeline of chemical plant heat exchangers,the causes of pipeline vibration were analyzed,and the viscous damper was installed without machine downtime to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)An ISFD was designed,and ANSYS finite element software was used to calculate the static stiffness.The single-disk rotor test bench was used to measure the ISFD-rotor damping ratio by the semi-power method.In order to investigate the effects of ISFD on the dynamic characteristic of the rotor system,the experiment on the single-disk rotor test bench and finite analysis method were carried out.(2)Two different stiffness ISFD and different rotor test benches were built.Furthermore,two different stiffness ISFD were applied to different rotor systems to explore the effect of ISFD stiffness on vibration reduction of rotor system,meanwhile,the influence of elastic support stiffness on damping effect was discussed as well.(3)A double-disk cantilever rotor test bench was built and the original structure of ISFD and bearing housing sealing had been transformed and gear pump was used to supply oil to ISFD.The effect of ISFD elastic support immersion oil supply and gear pump oil supply on unbalance response suppression of double disk cantilever rotor system was investigated by changing ISFD oil injection method.(4)A dual-rotor test bench with intermediate bearing was built,and the unbalance response of the dual-rotor system was analysised by dyrobes finite element software.Research on the law of unbalance vector variation of dual-rotor system was carried out.Moreover,dynamic balance of double-plane influence coefficient method and single-plane influence coefficient method were used for dual-rotor system.(5)The causes of vibration in pipeline systems and methods of pipeline vibration reduction were studied and analyzed.Taking the pipelin of a heat exchanger in a chemical plant in Shandong as an example,the finite element software was used to analyze the cause of the pipeline vibration,and a viscous damper was installed at the corresponding position of the pipe to investigate the effect of the viscous damper on suppressing the vibration of the pipe.
