Internal combustion engine vehicles have a positive impact on human daily life,but they also bring various challenges to human beings.With the widespread use of internal combustion engine vehicles worldwide,environmental problems are becoming more serious,global energy consumption is growing,and energy and environmental issues have caused widespread concern worldwide.At present,electric vehicles are considered to be an ideal substitute for internal combustion engine vehic les because of their"zero emission" advantages,and have become one of the most direct and effective measures to alleviate global environmental problems such as greenhouse effect and air pollution.The vehicle power battery is the core component of the electric vehicle.The power performance and endurance of the electric vehicle are directly dependent on the power performance,cycle life and battery output stability of the power battery.Key parameters of the power battery include energy density,power density,cycle life,and the like.Due to the different performances of different types of batteries,a battery pack composed of a single type of power battery may have short cruising range and insufficient power performance in the process of providing driving force for the electric vehicle.The composite power battery pack has improved the energy use efficiency,driving range,lowering the peak output current of the battery,and prolonging the battery life of the energy-powered battery pack formed by the battery unit with respect to a single type of battery,thereby improving the electric power better.The overall vehicle performance of the car.Hybrid power supply is becoming one of the development directions of the electric vehicle industry in the future.Because the different battery in the composite power supply for the vehicle shows different output characteristics during the driving process of the electric vehicle,it directly affects the performance of the entire composite power supply..Therefore,research on the effective power output performance of the composite power supply during driving and obtain a scientific and effective evaluation method,the research on the performance test method of the composite power supply for the vehicle and the development of the new conposite power supply for the vehicle are of great significance.Based on the analysis of electric vehicle transmission principle and driving principle,this paper constructs a battery output performance test experimental platform,and simulates the dual-cell hybrid power supply composed of lithium-ion battery and lead-acid battery through the driving condition of the platform.The output characteristic parameters are collected,and the evaluation parameters and evaluation methods of the corresponding battery are summarized.The effective output prediction model of the battery is established,and the experimental results of the test platform are verified by the electric vehicle simulation software.The specific work content is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the electric vehicle transmission principle and driving principle,a test platform for electric vehicle battery output characteristics based on PLC controller and FAMEVIEW upper computer monitoring is constructed.(2)The battery simulation test platform is used to simulate the different driving conditions of electric vehicles,and the evaluation parameters and evaluation methods of the output characteristics of the battery under different working conditions are obtained.(3)Based on the battery output characteristic evaluation parameters,the method of soft measurement is used to model,and the prediction model of the effective output of the battery is obtained.(4)The vehicle simulation software ADVISOR was used to simulate the working conditions to verify the correctness and feasibility of the battery test platform.
