As an important building in water conservancy project,the reservoir has exerted enormous social and economic benefits in flood control,power generation and irrigation.However,due to various reasons,the dangerous reservoirs always exist,which affect the performance of engineering benefits,even lead to very serious consequences,resulting in inestimable losses.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the safety of the reservoir dam.Taking Lengshuikong Reservoir in a city as an example,based on the analysis of the existing problems of the dam,a set of multi-index and multi-level safety evaluation index system was constructed,the subjective and objective weighting method was used to calculate the index weight,and the safety evaluation model was established to analyze the safety state of the reservoir dam.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The general situation of Lengshuikong Reservoir was introduced,the existing problems of the dam was analyzed,and the safety state of the dam was preliminarily understanded after the on-site inspection and safety inspection of the dam.(2)According to the problems existing in the reservoir and the contents of danger removal and reinforcement,the seepage stability and slope stability of Lengshuikong Reservoir Dam were analyzed emphatically.The typical sections of the reservoir dam with two reinforcement schemes were analyzed by using the finite element analysis system AutoBank software,and the elevation of escape points,hydraulic gradient and seepage flow obtained were compared and analyzed.(3)The index system of Lengshuikong Reservoir Dam safety evaluation was constructed,and the indexes were quantified.The weights were determined by improved analytic hierarchy process based on genetic algorithm,scatter degree method and entropy method.According to the principle of ideal point method,the weights of each index in the evaluation index system of dam safety of Lengshuikong Reservoir were calculated by fusion of weights.(4)The safety evaluation method of reservoir dam was studied,and the application of cloud theory in safety evaluation was emphasized.The cloud gravity center evaluation model based on cloud theory was choosed to evaluate the existing Lengshuikong Reservoir Dam.The safety state of the dam was analyzed and the rationality of the reinforcement measures was verified.
