With the process of urbanization,a large number of excavation engineering came into being,and the treatment of groundwater as an important link in excavation engineering is also concerned.Due to its high hydraulic head and large amount of water,the confined water has great harm to the excavation,especially the easily overlooked feeble confined water.This paper is aimed at the hidden danger of the feeble confined water in the actual project,in the view of seepage,and studied on the seepage field of the Excavation under decompression and excavation with dewatering.The main work of this paper are as follows:1.The three types of manifestations and the occurrence mechanism of the seepage in Excavations are analyzed.Two measures to deal with the seepage of excavation under the action of confined water are compared.Based on ABAQUS,a numerical model of partially penetrating well in confined water is established and the three kinds of simulation method on dewatering in ABAQUS are compared.The characteristics of groundwater seepage under the action of pressure bearing partially penetrating well in confined water are described.The research shows that in excavation engineering with water-stop curtains,soil stress unloading caused by the excavation and the increase of additional soil stress caused by dewatering caused the vertical deformation of the soil at the bottom of the excavation together,and the latter is the main reason.2.Aiming at the bottom inrush caused by the feeble confined water.in the actual project,an ABAQUS numerical model was established.The characteristics of the excavation with dewatering were described,the effect of the depth of the well and the distance from the inrush point were analyzed.The research shows that the effectiveness of the decompression well which is used to deal with the bottom inrush in the excavation is significant,and the deeper the well depth and the closer the well point is to the point of inrush,the better the decompression effect on the inrush point.3.Combined with the numerical simulation results,the decompression and dewatering plan for bottom inrush has been carried out and implemented.Then,according to the collected data,the influence of dewatering plan for bottom inrush on excavation engineering has been analyzed.The result shows that,decompression and dewatering plan has a small impact on the safety of the excavation engineering,and can effectively solve the problem of inrush caused by the feeble confined water.
