Today,in remote areas where electricity and electricity are scarce,most of them are sunny-rich areas.Only solar energy is an inexhaustible resource everywhere.It is very attractive to rely on solar energy as an energy source to drive water pumps.The research and design of a water pump control system based on photovoltaic power generation is mainly aimed at solving the shortage of surface water,agricultural water and domestic water in remote areas and poverty-stricken areas.Promote the development of environmentally friendly intelligent agriculture based on automatic irrigation technology.It is not only required to complete the basic water lifting function,but also to further improve the performance in terms of efficiency,reliability,stability,versatility and power supply mode management.After a detailed analysis of the functional and performance requirements,this paper has completed the prototype of the photovoltaic pump control system based on the in-depth study of the structure of the photovoltaic pump system.The thesis conducts detailed theoretical analysis and simulation on the key technical issues and related theories involved in the system design process.Its main contents are:1.In order to overcome the working mode of the solar water pump "work at sunrise and do not work at sunset",once the rainy day is met,the system cannot continue to work,and the water pump needs to manually enter the equipment site to regulate the equipment.The problem is that a pump system with two kinds of power supply of photovoltaic and battery is proposed,and the signal of the sensor is processed by the STM32 controller,thereby achieving the operation of the intelligent control pump system.2.Research on MPPT control method:In order to obtain the global maximum power point under partial shadow condition,the maximum power point tracking method based on fuzzy logic is combined with scanning storage,and an improved fuzzy logic controlled maximum power point tracking is proposed.method;3.In view of the low utilization rate of photovoltaic cells when the illumination is sufficient,the paper proposes an implementation scheme of intelligent selection of power supply mode.The battery charging adopts a three-stage charging method with maximum power point tracking,which can make the battery charge always in the best condition to ensure that the battery can be fully charged quickly when the light is sufficient and the photoelectric conversion rate of the photovoltaic module is high. |
