In recent years,the General Office of the State Council has issued the “Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings” and other relevant documents to promote prefabricated buildings and their applications across the nation.Against this backdrop,the study on the distribution of prefabricated construction parts,as a crucial link in the works,is of great significance for the development of prefabricated buildings.Based on the actual situations,this study collates such constraints as the categories of the prefabricated parts and the distribution destination after analyzing and reviewing considerable literature.With the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows(VRPTW)and other relevant theories,this paper builds mathematical models reflecting energy consumption and distribution costs and proposes the Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)algorithm specified for this kind of issue.The algorithm is proved to be feasible through simulation experiments based on considerable actual examples.This paper researches the following aspects.(1)The distribution of prefabricated construction parts is a special VRPTW,and thereby a distribution optimizing problem.Thus,based on the literature and practical applications about prefabricated parts and VRPTW,this study,after exploring the characteristics,classifies prefabricated parts into panels and connectors,and distribution scenes into ordinary and disaster-relief construction sites.Further,combining these distribution constraints and the VRPTW,this paper builds complete mathematical models.As a result,the prefabricated part distribution problem with time windows and synchronization constraints is proposed for the distribution in ordinary sites,and that with time windows and drones is proposed for disaster-relief sites.(2)For the prefabricated part distribution problem with time windows and synchronization constraints,this paper builds a mathematical model that considers energy consumption and proposes an improved ABC algorithm for the solutions.Specifically,two particular lemmas are designed and proved,and the quality of the solution is improved to effectively avoid the cross-synchronizing problem caused by the synchronization.A hybrid initialization strategy is designed to improve the quality of the initial solution and to guarantee the diversity of the initial population.A coding-repairing strategy is developed to address infeasible solutions.Besides,an adaptive local searching strategy and an efficient global searching strategy are formulated,thereby balancing the exploitation ability of the algorithm when time complexity is ensured.(3)For the prefabricated part distribution problem with time windows by drones,this paper builds a mathematical model that considers energy consumption and proposes an improved ABC algorithm for the solutions.Specifically,this study has for the first time adopted the ABC algorithm to solve VRPTW with drones.An improved heuristic algorithm is proposed for the detailed local search based on the current solutions,which greatly boosts its evolutionary efficiency.Moreover,a new scout strategy is designed,thereby achieving higher global searching ability.
