| Highway is an important modern infrastructure,which reflects the degree of social and economic development of a country.With the rapid development of the national economy,its investment scale is also expanding year by year.In order to control the cost and form high quality construction products as scheduled,the owner needs to carry out bidding work and select the best contractor for the bidding project from many bidders.The division of bid section is the core work of bidding stage of expressway project,and the rationality of segment division is closely related to the overall benefit of expressway project At present,the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the section,especially in the division of expressway project,has not yet formed a direct form.Therefore,this paper introduces the multi-objective decision theory into the research of expressway segment division,and seeks the best number of bid segments on the basis of the optimization of each construction goal,so as to provide suggestions for the owner’s bidding decision-making work.Firstly,the necessity of scientific decision-making in segment division is expounded,and three main objectives are put forward:cost,quality,time limit,introduction of multi-objective decision-making theory,and research on segment division based on multi-objective.Secondly,the influence of the number of bid segments on cost,quality and time limit is analyzed.Referring to the present fixed investment structure of construction project in our country,the cost component units related to the division of bid segments are extracted,and the influence of the number of bid segments and these cost components is analyzed.Qualitative analysis is made on the influence of the number of bid segments and engineering quality from the five quality factors of 4M1E,and the formation of construction period is also discussed in this paper.The influence of the number of bid segments and the duration of the project is analyzed in the three major links of the paper.Based on the analysis of the number of target segments and the influence of each sub-objective,each single objective function is established.Based on the theory of multi-objective cooperative management,the effective value of multi-objective system is put forward,and the model of segment division of expressway based on multi-objective optimization is established.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization of a highway project and the validity and practicability of the model are verified.Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the influence of bidding section and optimization objectives,and establishes a multi-objective optimization-based model for the division of highway bidding segments,which provides a certain theoretical reference for highway owners to make reasonable bidding decisions. |
