Aiming at the failure of the lifting mechanism of the bridge crane,this paper has completed the qualitative and quantitative analysis of faults of main parts based on the fault tree analysis method.Then,it completed the establishment of the expert system's knowledge base and the design of the inference engine's inference process.Taking the reducer rolling bearing as the research object,and the fault identification of rolling bearing was realized based on the improved Variational Modal Decomposition(VMD).The above researches are structured in B/S structure,and the fault monitoring platform of lifting mechanism of bridge crane is built.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on industry needs and research requirements,the current status and development of domestic and foreign research on fault diagnosis and fault monitoring are analyzed,and specific solutions and ideas for solving the problems of bridge crane lifting mechanisms are proposed.(2)Analyzed the main faults of the overhead crane lifting mechanism,established related fault trees based on Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),completed the qualitative and quantitative analysis of faults of sling device,brake,reducer,electrical system,etc.And The knowledge base and reasoning machine of fault diagnosis expert system are designed.(3)The structure of the rolling bearing of the reducer and the mechanism of fault vibration are described in detail.VMD is greatly affected by human factors,therefore,Niche Genetic Algorithm(NGA)was used to optimize the VMD and the NGA-VMD was proposed,and combined with Support Vector Machine(SVM)to complete bearing fault diagnosis.(4)The previous research results,related analysis,and technical data were structured in the B/S structure.Based on the hybrid compilation of C # and MATLAB,the construction and development of the fault monitoring platform for the overhead crane lifting mechanism was initially completed.
