| In recent years,more and more people choose to travel by air,the domestic air transport market has been growing rapidly,airlines are facing the urgent problem of further expanding the fleet.However,the purchase of aircraft requires a large amount of capital.On the one hand,airlines are faced with a shortage of capital,and on the other hand,they want to meet the market demand and improve their competitiveness by purchasing aircraft.Under such a background,the domestic aircraft leasing industry has a good development opportunity.Since 2008,a number of aviation port comprehensive bonded areas have been set up in China,such as Tianjin dongjiang bonded port area,Beijing tianzhu comprehensive bonded area,and Shanghai comprehensive bonded area.Their innovative policies and pilot measures have greatly promoted the development of China’s domestic aviation financial leasing industry.Under the situation that the state vigorously supports the development of the aviation leasing industry,Tianjin Dongjiang bonded port area has been exploring and innovating constantly,and has become a unique aircraft leasing mode,gradually breaking the situation of the aircraft leasing industry monopolized by foreign leasing companies for a long time,but it is still a long way from the goal of Tianjin Dongjiang bonded port area to build a global aircraft leasing center.Based on lease related theory and domestic related literature research,we selected external factors in five aspects,such as the tax related preferential policies,the aircraft leasing related legal system,leasing related supporting service platform construction,government regulation,professional talents,combining with the Tianjin east bonded port area of aircraft leasing industry development present situation,analyzed from the macro level of Tianjin east bonded port area aircraft leasing industry development.In order to avoid the deviation of the analysis results caused by the possible subjective factors in the process of analysis,quantitative multiple linear regression analysis is also adopted as the empirical analysis of influencing factors.Finally,combining the deficiencies and existing problems found in the above analysis,put forward the improvement suggestion and countermeasure pertinently,namelythrough improve preferential tax policies,increasing the foreign exchange management policy pilot content,promote diversified financing channels to increase the bonded area of aircraft leasing policy support and improve the aircraft leasing law legal system,optimize the comprehensive service platform,improve and innovate supervision mode,training aircraft leasing compound talents to further improve the Tianjin east bonded port area of aircraft leasing industry development level.Above research results for the dongjiang bonded port area in Tianjin to further improve the level of aircraft leasing industry development have not only positive significance,but also can be used for other bonded area that are relatively backward as reference to improve the domestic aircraft leasing industry development level,to improve environment of aircraft leasing in our country,so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of China’s aircraft leasing. |
